Free In-Store Pickup

Hubert's gives customers the ability to order online and pickup at one of our four convenient locations. Shop per store to see what each location has in stock, select the location that has what you're looking for, go through the "In-Store Pickup" steps at checkout and wait for an email letting you know when the order is ready for pick-up! 

Shipping Options

We provide the best shipping rates to our customers. Choose from Standard Ground or 2-day shipping. Need an order expedited? Let us know if your order comments and we will reach out with further instruction. 

Gift Cards

Physical gift cards will act as any other merchandise in an order until shipment. These gift cards can be purchased online or in person. Giftcards purchased online will be sent via USPS mail seperate from your order. You can redeem these giftcards in-store only. 

Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange any merchandise please visit out returns page for further instructions.

Hubert's will honor all return and exchange policies on items with tags and have no evidence of damage or ware. Items returned with a sales receipt within 14 days will be refunded in the manner you paid. Items returned without a receipt or online equivalent will be issued a gift card for the current selling price of the returned item. Questions or concerns? Please contact customer service.

Over-Sized Items

Over-sized items are available online and in-store for pick up at any of the four Hubert's locations. These items will not be available for delivery, so please choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and select the location that has what you're looking for. Over-sized items will be made known to customers upon checkout.
