If I saw something in the store but not online, what are my options for ordering?

For items that are not available or displayed online, contact us via email for special orders available for in-store pickup or shipment. If you wish to purchase an item from the website that is currently unavaliable in your desired size leave us your email and you will be alerted when the item and size are restocked. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally, but sign up for our email list to stay informed on what's new and upcoming. 

What is your return policy?

Return or exchange merchandise within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. For more information please visit our returns page. Items without a receipt can be exchanged for a gift card equal to the current store price of the item. Hubert's only accepts returns showing no damage or ware and with all tags and labels intact.

There are items missing from my order, what should I do?

In order to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, some of your purchased items may be shipped from different store locations. This means that your order may arrive at different times and in separate packages. If you find that items on your packing slip are missing, please contact us via email. 

Are all products offered in store avaliable online?

Our online store carries our core products and brands, along with new arrivals and trending fits. If you're doing in-store pickup and want to ensure the items you're looking for are available to you, be sure to select your chosen Hubert's location. Is there something you'd like to see online? Contact us and let us know! We take all recomendations from our customers into consideration when expanding our online store.

Bulk Orders

If you are looking to purchase items in bulk please feel free to contact us via the contact us page, where you can talk with an expert on our team regarding bulk ordering options that work best for you. 

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

After an order is submitted it cannot be changed. However, customer service may be able to help in some situations. If we are unable to fufill your order you will be notified and refunded for the amount of the out of stock item.
