Returns

Hubert's will honor returns within 14 days of purchase on items with tags, labels, and the receipt. Items will only be accepted that have no evidence of damage or wear. Items returned will be refunded in the manner you paid. Don't have the receipt? Any items returned without a receipt or online equivalent will be issued a gift card for the current selling price of the returned item. Items purchased on sale are final and will not be accepted as returns.

How do I make an online order return?

If you meet the requirements of our return policy, please fill out and print a Return Form (above). Place the form inside your package and ship to 18 Roymal Lane, Guild, NH 03773. All return shipping costs are your responsibility--original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please allow 5-10 days for any refunds to be returned to your account.

Can I return online items in-store?

All online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery to any Hubert's location. For these returns to be accepted the customer must provide the online receipt and order comfirmation. Items must show no sign of damage or wear, with its original tags.

How can I exchange an item online?

Online exchanges are not accomodated, however, you can exchange the item in-store at any of our locations. Can't make it in? Submit a full return and your money will be reimbursed to you in the order you paid.
